ABOUT

I am a...
SINGER: This began as a toddler, when I realized I could sound just like Jessye Norman (her "Amazing Grace" is one of my earliest memories). I practiced my opera skills in the grocery store. Today I sing original songs in the folk-pop-gospel world, musical theater, Irish music, and you'll often find me singing to Jesus at a church in NYC.
WRITER: I write songs and musicals (book, music, and lyrics). I co-wrote four musicals that have been published by CTP, and performed in eleven different countries. Sometimes I write with Martin Landry, and that is especially nice.
ACTOR: Theater, tv/film, voiceover. Sometimes modeling, commercials, motion capture... I studied drama (BA) and music (minor) at Catholic University, where my mom, grandfather (Bill Graham), and many aunts/uncles/cousins also studied drama.
MUSICIAN: I play guitar, ukulele, dulcimer, accordion, piano, and percussion/drums. Sometimes I use a looper.
DANCER: I began as a gymnast, with about seven years of serious training and competition. I joined the modern dance company at my college and trained over the years in musical theater, tap, and ballet.
TEACHER: I teach voice, ukulele, and guitar. I've worked on student productions as a director, choreographer, and vocal coach.
